SpeakMate AI is made for practising English. Please use it in a fair and kind way: don't try to break the app, use it to spam or harm others, copy the app itself, or misuse the AI service through it. Accounts that do this may be suspended.

You are responsible for your own account. Keep your password private, don't share your account with others, and tell us if you think someone else is using it. Anything that happens through your account is your responsibility.

SpeakMate AI gives feedback and scores that are generated automatically. They are helpful practice guidance, but they can sometimes be wrong or incomplete. They are not an official English test or a replacement for a human teacher. Please use your own judgement with what the coach suggests.

The app currently has a Free plan, and a Premium plan is planned for $7/month with extra practice features. Detailed Premium terms — including billing, renewal and cancellation — will be added when payments are switched on. Nothing will be charged before that.
